Leading the Heart Activity of the Fetus out of the Danger Zone in Pregnant Women with Somatic Disorders in the Last Month of Pregnancy
The pregnant women were sent to hospital because the fetuses were in danger due to rheumatism, scolioses and/or heart, liver and kidney problems of the mothers.

The cardiomonitoring showed a bad state of the heart activity of the fetus.
Transforming the quantitative parameters of the cardiomonitoring into the Krebs’scale (H. Krebs, 1979) one receives an integral evaluation of the fetal heart activity, especially of the basic heart rhythm, the oscillations of heart frequency as well as acceleration and deceleration of heart frequency.

8-10 units on Kreb’s scale document a satisfying state of the fetus, 6-7 units mark the lower borderline, less than 6 units indicate first signs of fetal hypoxia. In general the state of the fetuses was at the lower borderline – which made a treatment of the pregnant mothers necessary.

The women received a conventional treatment with medical drugs and physiotherapeutic exercises.

Medical Resonance Therapy Music® Group

In addition to the conventional treatment the 15 women in this group listened for seven days each day for one hour to the Medical Resonance Therapy Music® right after the physio-therapeutic exercises.

In this group the status of the heart activity of the fetuses climbed up to an average value of 9,2 units of Krebs’ scale, documenting a very satisfying state of the heart activity of the fetuses.
Control Group

The 10 women in this group received the conventional treatment “only”, which brought the status of the heart activity of the fetuses to an average value of 7,8 units on Kreb’s scale, which brought the fetuses out of the danger zone, but yet was not a fully satisfying result.
